Return and Exchange

We understand that sometimes your order doesn't meet your needs, but this is not a problem. All products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Products that are more than 30 days old will not be returned.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, all returned and exchanged products must meet the following conditions:

  • The returned product must be new, unused, unwashed, odorless and free of any damage.
  • The product must retain the original packaging, labels, accessories and other complete packaging, and there must be no signs of use.
  • Please note that some promotional or discounted products may have special return and exchange restrictions. Please contact customer service for specific circumstances.

    Return and Exchange Process

    1. Contact Customer Service

    Contact Customer Service Before applying for a return or exchange, please contact us through our customer service email at contact@weareria.com to explain the reason for the return or exchange, and provide the order number and relevant photos.

    2. Confirmation of Returned Products

    After receiving your return or exchange request, the customer service team will review your request and reply to you within 1-2 working days with the processing results. If the return or exchange conditions are met, we will provide a return address or exchange instructions.

    3. Product Return

    Please package the product properly and send it back to the return address provided by the customer service by trackable mail. Please keep the mailing receipt and courier number to track the package.

    4. Refund Processing

    We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct. The refund will be returned to your payment account or original payment method. The specific arrival time depends on your payment method.

    5. Exchange Processing

    If you apply for an exchange, we will process the exchange and send the new product as soon as possible after the product is returned. If the required product is out of stock, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement product.

    Return and Exchange Freight

    For returns due to quality issues, we will bear the return freight. For other returns due to personal reasons (such as inappropriate size, dislike of color, etc.), you need to bear the return freight.

    Important Reminder

  • Product Inspection: All returned products are subject to quality inspection to ensure that the products are not damaged or have signs of use.
  • Late application: Applications that exceed the return and exchange time limit will not be accepted. Please be sure to inspect the goods in time after receiving them and apply for return and exchange within the specified time.
  • Cleaning and maintenance: Returned goods must be new and have not been used, washed or contaminated.
