How do I change my password?

If you know your password, log in to your account using your current password. In the Account Information section, you will have the option to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, select the Forgot Password option and follow the steps to reset your password.

How do I change my account details?

Log in to your account – Select Account Information You can update:

a. Your name;

b. Your email address;

c. Your saved credit card details;

You can also set a default shipping address so you don’t have to update it every time you make a purchase.

How do I close/delete my account?

We are sorry to see you go, but if you would like to close or delete your account, please contact our Customer Service team via email and we will help you.

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to your account and go to Order History. Then click on the order in question to see if it has been completed.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number with shipping information. Please keep an eye on your emails (including spam folders). If you cannot find any information, please contact us for more information.

How do I change my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once you have placed an order. This includes changing the item, delivery options, delivery address and payment method.

However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can help you cancel the order and recommend that you place a new order with the correct information. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you before shipping. To ensure timely processing, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.

Some items are missing from my order!

Sorry, some of our items may be out of stock, please double-check your order confirmation information for the item and check your emails (including spam/junk) to confirm whether you have received out-of-stock emails or your order has been shipped in batches. If your order has exceeded the shipping date, please contact us through the "Contact Us" tab within 24 hours of your order being shipped and we will assist you to resolve the issue.

What payment methods are supported?

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping is 7-14 business days for $5.99 and is free for orders over $59;

Expedited shipping is 3-5 business days, if you require expedited service, please contact our Customer Service team.

Where is my shipping confirmation email?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. If for any reason you do not receive this email within our processing time, please check your spam folder. If you do not see this email, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

What is your return policy?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please submit a return request via email and include your order number and photos of the item.

We will review and provide the return process within 1-2 business days. After the return package is sent back, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days after receiving the goods.

Do I need to pay for the return and exchange shipping?

Product quality issues: We will bear the return and exchange shipping costs for you.

Return or exchange for personal reasons (such as dislike, unsuitable size): You need to bear the return and exchange shipping costs yourself.
